Erica P. Conway

Erica P. Conway is a skilled dancer, choreographer, and mentor, and the Founder/Director of The Conway Academy in Temple Hills, MD. Raised in Prince George's County, she began dancing at age 3 and has over 30 years of training and experience. A Suitland High School Visual and Performing Arts graduate, she trained at prestigious institutions including The Ailey School and Dance Theatre of Harlem. Proficient in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, African, and Hip Hop, Erica is dedicated to educating and inspiring youth through dance and Christian teachings. She created the G.I.R.L.S. (God's Intelligent Resilient Loyal Sisters) curriculum for students aged 5-16 and has choreographed seven productions in the past five years. With over a decade in dance education and production, Erica focuses on the holistic development of youth, instilling core values and emphasizing their role as beacons of light.
